How long does a drop-off appointment usually take?

It depends on what your pet needs. A wellness exam or vaccinations might take 45 minutes to an hour. A sick visit with diagnostics could take a couple of hours. We will give you an estimated window when you drop off, and we will call you as soon as your pet is ready so you never have to guess.

Do I need to stay nearby?

No, that is the whole point. You are free to go wherever you like. We will call or text you when your pet is ready, so just make sure your phone is on. Most people grab a coffee, run errands, or explore the area while they wait.

Is there an extra fee for drop-off appointments?

No extra fees. Drop-off is a scheduling option, not an add-on service. You pay for the care your pet receives, same as any other visit. There is no premium for the convenience.

What should I bring when I drop off my pet?

Bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier, and any relevant medical records if this is your first visit with us. If your pet is on medications, bring those too. Let us know about any current symptoms, recent changes in behavior, or concerns you want us to address during the visit.

Can I drop off for a dental cleaning?

Yes, dental cleanings are one of the best drop-off procedures we offer since they take a few hours under anesthesia. You drop your pet off, go about your day, and pick up a pet with fresh clean teeth. We will call you once the procedure is complete and walk you through the findings.

What if I am not ready to pick up when my pet is done?

No problem at all. Your pet is welcome to stay with us for the rest of our business hours even after their appointment is complete. We know life does not always run on a perfect schedule. Just come back when you are ready and we will have everything wrapped up waiting for you.

Do you accept both dogs and cats for drop-off?
